Poison Weight Bolts Questions
Six sizes: 0.25, 0.5, 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3.5 oz. Since they have no head, they can be combined by stacking for even more precise adjustments.
Yes. Stack two or more bolts to land on a custom weight — for example, a 0.5 oz plus a 0.25 oz adds 0.75 oz total. Tighten stacked bolts firmly together to prevent buzzing.
It depends on what's already inside. You can add up to the difference between your current bolt's weight and the heaviest available bolt (3.5 oz) — so a cue with a 0.5 oz bolt installed could gain up to 3 oz.
Poison cues made after 2015 use the current weight bolt system. If your cue is an older or retired model, check its release year in the Retired Cues section before ordering — pre-2015 cues aren't compatible with the new bolts.
Just an Allen wrench — unscrew the bumper to access the weight bolt cavity, then swap or stack bolts as needed.
No. Predator cues use the Uni-Loc Weight Cartridge System; Poison cues use a simpler weight bolt setup accessed through the bumper. The two aren't interchangeable.
