Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are redeemable at checkout towards the cost of your order. Your earn rate grows with every tier — the more you play, the more you earn back. Rewards are one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal Predator customer.
Eligibility: Predator Rewards is available exclusively to end-user consumers for personal, non-commercial use. Accounts associated with commercial resale, wholesale purchasing, or authorized dealer accounts are ineligible. Predator Group reserves the right to audit accounts, void points, and revoke membership if resale activity is detected.

How do I redeem Reward Points?
Reward Points are redeemable on pool cues, cue cases, and accessories. To redeem, log in to your account and add a product to your cart. At checkout, your available points and their dollar equivalent will appear in the Payment Method section. Select the amount you wish to apply and click Apply to deduct the value from your order total. Points can be combined with other payment methods such as credit cards and gift cards.
How do I manage my Reward Points?
Your full points history is available in your Customer Account. From there you can view your current balance, its dollar equivalent, redemption minimums, and a complete log of points earned, redeemed, and expired. You can also opt in to email notifications for balance changes and upcoming expirations from the Reward Points section of your account.
When do Reward Points expire?
Reward Points are valid for 2 years from the date they were earned, expiring on a first-earned, first-expired basis.
Tip: Opt in to balance change and expiration notifications from the Reward Points section of your Customer Account so you never lose points unexpectedly.
How do I earn Reward Points?
There are many ways to earn points:
- Purchases — Earn rewards on every qualifying order online, at a Predator booth at one of league events such as APA Nationals, the CSI Expo or the Super Billiards Expo. Your earn rate depends on your tier.

Bonus point events: Watch for limited-time multiplier points events throughout the year, a New Member Welcome bonus for first purchases within 30 days of sign-up.
How do the reward tiers work?
Your tier is determined by your total qualifying purchases over a rolling 12-month window. Status resets annually, so spending must be maintained each year to retain your tier level.
- Member — Any registered account. Earn bonus points on account creation, profile completion, and birthday — no purchase minimum required. Start earning points on all qualifying purchases.
- Bronze — $500 or more in yearly purchases. Earn one and a half times points.
- Silver — $1,000 or more in yearly purchases. Earn double points, plus early access to new products and sale events.
- Gold — $2,000 or more in yearly purchases. Earn triple points, plus all Silver benefits and exclusive offers.
- Platinum — $5,000 or more in yearly purchases. Earn five times the points, plus all Gold benefits and our highest-tier exclusive experiences.
