Eligible products exclude replaceable parts such as tips, ferrules, finishes, wraps and bumpers. If you ever experience a problem with your billiard equipment that you believe is covered under warranty, please return your product to us and/or contact us using our contact form. Please note that this warranty does not cover problems resulting from warpage (except for REVO shafts), abuse, or normal wear and tear.
Terms And Conditions
Predator warrants solely to the original purchaser of the eligible product, for as long as he/she may own it, that it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The Limited Lifetime Warranty and warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to asserted defects resulting from: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) modification, alteration, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance; and/or (c) damage associated with exposure to extreme temperature or humidity. Predator shafts designed for Uni-Loc® and Radial® joints are only warranted when coupled with genuine Uni-Loc® and Radial® joints.
Limitation On Obligations
The obligation of Predator herein is limited to repair or replacement of any eligible product found to be defective under the Limited Lifetime Warranty or warranty. In no event shall Predator be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, of any nature or kind, or for damages to or loss of property. The Limited Lifetime Warranty and warranty is the sole warranty for Predator cues, shafts, extensions, cue cases, and billiard balls and there are no other warranties which extend beyond the description outlined herein. Predator specifically disclaims any warranties implied under state law and specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Sole Warranty
The Limited Lifetime Warranty and warranty as set forth herein, constitutes the entire warranty and representation of Predator with regard to its cues, shafts, extensions, cue cases, and billiard balls. The Limited Lifetime Warranty and warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices that may be executed in connection with the purchase of the eligible product. No representation or warranty made by any Predator employee, dealer or agent shall be binding upon Predator other than as set forth herein.
Claim Procedures
Claims for warranty and service on eligible products shall be made by contacting us using the contact form before sending the product or by calling us at 1-888-314-4111. PREDATOR BILLIARD TABLES WARRANTY
As a manufacturer of high-quality billiard products, Predator is committed to the performance and durability of its products. To protect your investment, Predator offers a one (1) year warranty on billiard pool tables against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear) from the date of purchase to the original owner. If the original owner sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the pool table to another party, the warranty terminates, and the subsequent owner accepts the pool table “as is”. The warranty does not include re-leveling of the pool table after initial installation by Predator or a certified Predator technician. When moving or servicing your pool table, you must utilize Predator or a certified Predator technician. Use of a moving company or a non-Predator affiliate agent will result in your warranty being null and void. Cloth, pockets, and gullies are not covered under warranty. Cushions include a five (5) year replacement policy for “hard” or “dead” rails, covering durometer ratings as low as 35 and as high as 65. Predator will provide six (6) replacement cushions over the lifetime of the pool table to the original owner. The installation of the six (6) replacement cushions will be the responsibility of the original owner to install. If you ever experience a problem with your billiard equipment that you believe is covered under warranty, please contact us using our contact form. Please note that this warranty does not cover any defects or damage arising from the installation or other services provided by an unauthorized installer.
Terms And Conditions
Predator warrants solely to the original purchaser of the billiard pool table, that it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to asserted defects resulting from: (a) any defects or damage arising from the installation or other services provided by an unauthorized installer; (b) normal wear and tear; (c) modification, alteration, misuse, abuse, negligence or improper maintenance; (d) warpage, damage associated with exposure to extreme temperature or humidity; (e) flood, fire or any other natural event or calamity. The warranty applies only to billiard pool tables purchased from authorized dealers of Predator, or from Predator directly.
Limitation On Obligations
The obligation of Predator herein is limited to repair or replacement of any defective parts and shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the billiard pool table. This warranty does not require the replacement of the entire billiard pool table. SPLICED MAPLE, BREAK, AND JUMP SHAFT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
WARPAGE - FINISH. Wood will soak up moisture in wet climates and release moisture in dry climates. To prevent warpage or finish problems, store your cue in an environment that has a stable and consistent temperature with a humidity level of 45 to 50 percent.
ABUSE. Cues made of wood are not designed to withstand lateral pressure and should not be leaned or propped up against a wall, dropped on the floor, bent excessively while playing, or hit on a table. We recommend protecting your cue with a case.
SHAFT DIAMETER. We do not recommend turning your shaft down. Your shaft’s taper and diameter were engineered with accuracy and performance in mind. Should you choose to turn your shaft down, please be aware that any Predator shaft turned down or sanded below the tolerances in the table below will result in the automatic voiding of your shaft’s warranty.

TIP REPLACEMENT. Should you wish to replace the tip on your Predator 3143, Z3, Vantage, or Vantage 3C shaft, do not remove the dark gray tip silencer plate located underneath the tip as this will reduce the strength of your shaft and void the warranty. The tip silencer must remain at least .010″ (0.25mm) thick to maintain the shafts integrity. Should you need to replace the tip silencer, please contact us using our contact form or an authorized Predator repair center. Click here to watch the Predator Third Generation Tip Replacement Instructional Video.
PHENOLIC TIP REPLACEMENT. If you want to replace your phenolic tip on you BK2/BK3 break cue or your Air/Air2 jump cue, do not remove the black carbon fiber tip plate located under the brown phenolic tip as this will reduce the strength of your shaft and void the warranty. Leave .020" (0.5mm) of the brown phenolic before gluing on the replacement tip.
SHAFT MAINTENANCE. To clean your Predator shaft, use a towel slightly dampened with rubbing alcohol. After cleaning, use a leather burnisher or similar material to seal the shaft. Using a Carnuba wax may also help to seal the shaft and protect it from moisture. To avoid damage, do not sand the shaft; no abrasive is necessary. Do not expose the shaft to excessive moisture and do not steam it to remove dings. Importantly, do not use any water-based cleaner.
THE ORIGINAL UNI-LOC® JOINT. We recommend cleaning the Original Uni-Loc® Quick Release joint when you first receive your cue and every six months thereafter. These joints are precision manufactured to exact tolerances and even a modest amount of dirt can create a problem. You can use a Q-Tip dipped in Isopropyl Alcohol (90%) to clean the inside threads and bore of the shaft insert. Clean the joint pin and threads with alcohol and a clean rag. We recommend the use of joint protectors to help keep your joint clean and to protect it from damage.
FERRULE. Much of the shaft’s performance can be attributed to our ferrule design and composition. Due to the performance enhancing material used for the ferrule, scratches may appear with normal use. In this case, we recommend sending your shaft to an authorized Predator repair center for a clean up. Removing or changing the ferrule will void the warranty.
WRAP CLEANING. For leather and Uni-Loc® Leather LuxeTM wraps, barely dampen a towel with water, wipe the wrap, and dry it immediately. Use Isopropyl Alcohol (90%) for Irish Linen wraps.
LOGO ON PRODUCTS. If the official Predator logo is not on your shaft or Predator product, the Limited Lifetime Warranty is void.

REVO CARBON COMPOSITE SHAFT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
SHAFT DIAMETER. REVO carbon composite shafts diameters must never be altered. Any sanding, polishing, or abrasive treatment could compromise the micro-thin layers of carbon fiber and will immediately void the shaft's warranty. Additionally the use of abrasives on a REVO shaft can release potentially harmful carbon fiber dust.
REVO CARBON COMPOSITE PLAYING SHAFTS (11.8, 12.4 & 12.9)
REVO 12.4 & 12.9 PLAYING SHAFT TIP REPLACEMENT. REVO Carbon composite shafts have no ferrule. The front end is made up of the Predator V-TEK vault plate, red V-TEK Tip Silencer, and eight-layer Victory Tip. Because the shaft cannot be sanded, replacing the tip, and/or the tip silencer should only be done by an authorized Predator Repair Center equipped with the proper tools to protect your REVO shaft. In the event that you choose to replace the tip on your shaft through a non-authorized cue technician, the red V-TEK Tip-Silencer must remain at least .010” (0.25mm) thick to maintain the shaft’s integrity. Any reduction in the tip-silencer below .010” (0.25mm) will void the shaft’s Limited Lifetime Warranty and compromise its performance.
REVO CARBON COMPOSITE BREAK SHAFTS (BK-R, AirRush)
| Shaft Model | Min. Shaft Diameter | Min. R-Break Shield Thickness | Min. Ferrule Length | Min. Vault Plate Thickness |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.547"(13.9mm) | .N/A | N/A | 0.060" (1.5mm) | |
![]() |
0.508"(12.9mm) | .010" (.254mm) | N/A | 0.060" (1.5mm) |
REVO BK-R BREAK SHAFT TIP REPLACEMENT. REVO BK-R Carbon composite shafts have no ferrule. The front end is made up of the Predator V-TEK vault plate, gray R-Break Shield, and seven-layer BK Hybrid Tip. Because the shaft cannot be sanded, replacing the tip, and/or the R-Break Shield should only be done by an authorized Predator Repair Center equipped with the proper tools to protect your REVO shaft. In the event that you choose to replace the tip on your shaft through a non-authorized cue technician, the gray R-Break Shield must remain at least .010” (0.25mm) thick to maintain the shaft’s integrity. Any reduction in the R-Break Shield below .010” (0.25mm) will void the shaft’s Limited Lifetime Warranty and compromise its performance.
WARPAGE. REVO carbon composite shafts feature a Limited Lifetime Warranty against warpage.
ABUSE. REVO carbon composite shafts are not designed to withstand extensive lateral pressure. They should not be bent excessively, hit on the table or other objects, or treated with any abrasives, solid or liquid. We recommend protecting your shaft with a case and joint protectors.
REVO SHAFT FINISH MAINTENANCE. REVO carbon composite shafts should never be sanded or modified. Sanding the surface of the REVO shaft will damage the exterior finish and weaken the shaft’s structural integrity and release potentially harmful materials that could affect your health. Any sanding, polishing, or treatment of the surface of the shaft with chemicals or abrasives of any kind will void the shaft’s Limited Lifetime Warranty and negatively affect the shaft’s longevity and performance. Never use talcum powder, baby powder, hand chalk, or other shaft treatments on a REVO carbon fiber composite shaft.
To clean the surface of your REVO carbon composite shaft, you can use one of the following two solutions: REVO Wipes, or Isopropyl Alcohol (90%) cleaning. Step 1. Wipe the shaft with the included microfiber cleaning cloth, brushing away any lose dirt, dust and debris. Step 2. Using a REVO wipe or soft cloth towel with a reasonable amount of Isopropyl Alcohol (90%), work up and down the shaft, from the joint end toward the tip while rotating your hand around the shaft’s circumference. You may see dirt on the towelette - this is normal. Continue to work the shaft until all areas have been thoroughly wiped, allowing 1-2 minutes for the surface to dry.
