30-DAY GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day guarantee on eligible products. If you would like an exchange or if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date. All return items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, scraping, stain or discoloration, with the exception of chalking the tip of a pool cue shaft, which is allowed as long as there are no excessive chalk stains in wood shafts. Apparel must be unworn to be eligible for a return. Return items must also include all original packaging and warranty information if applicable. If you are a USA customer and the order is over $100, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon request. To obtain a return shipping label, please use the contact form by clicking on the (?) Help button that is situated on the lower left corner of this page and provide us with your name and order number. The 30-day guarantee does not apply to custom or personalized products, products sold on any discounted sale, final sale, clearance, and products that show signs of wear, have been altered, modified, misused, or abused or improperly maintained.
Items sold as part of a package deal or bundle at a discount for purchasing the items together can only be returned as the full bundle for a refund. A restocking fee may apply to any return without original packaging.
We suggest that you purchase insurance and retain a record of the return tracking number for reference. Lost or damaged packages during transit will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be advised that we do monitor the frequency of returns. Excessive returns may restrict a customer from future returns. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Predator reserves the right to refuse a refund without evidence of original purchase or for any item deemed not eligible for return, and to make changes to this policy without notice.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD
You can shop with peace of mind with easy returns during the holidays. Purchases made November 1st through December 15th have an extended return period through January 15th of the following year. Other return terms and conditions still apply. All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping, with the exception of chalking the tip of a pool cue shaft which is allowed. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS POLICY
Customized products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All customized products sales are final. If you receive a defective product, please contact us using our contact form (blue [?] button at the bottom right of this page) with details of the product and the defect. All defective products shall be subject to the Predator or Poison Warranty.

If you would like to return a product to us within 30 days of the invoice date, please fill out the Return Form that can be downloaded below. For USA orders that are less than 30 days from the shipping date, please use our contact form to request a return shipping label by clicking on the (?) Help button that is situated on the lower right corner of this page and provide us with your name and order number. Once you have received a return shipping label from us, please complete the 30-Day Return form and enclose it with the returned product(s). Please send us your cue or shaft in its original packaging (soft bag and/or sock) and package it either in its original shipping box, or in a tube or in a triangular box consistent with UPS/USPS guidelines to avoid damages. Avoid flat square boxes that can lead to further damage due to poor handling.
