I'm starting to play pool, I was practicing with my teacher's cue, but I got this wonderful cue, it's surprising and spectacular!! The feeling, the confidence it gives you and above all, the precision!! I'm waiting for my new two new cues, the breaking one and the jumping one. Everything PREDATOR does is the best!!

I was a little skeptical at first about spending this kind of money on a cue without trying it out first, but after a lot of research and online reviews I decided to pull the plug and order my P3 with the revo 12.4 mm shaft with the soft tip. I’ve always played with a hard tip on all my cues, so I waited with anticipation for my order to arrive it came securely packaged and individually packaged in nice predator cases I was impressed, I immediately proceeded to the closest billiards hall to try it out with this being my first carbon fiber cue shaft it took no time to adjust it just felt natural in the hand, after a couple of shots I felt like everything about my game just improved, could of been me concentrating a little more but really liked the feel of the cue and the weight, (also bought the uni-loc weight set) but all in all I very impressed so far after spending about 10 hours with the cue so far so if you’re looking at this cue and trying to decide you might as well just get it I think you will enjoy it as much as I do.
My newest cue to my collection is the Predator P3 Metallic Grey Pool Cue - Leather Luxe Wrap, with the Revo 12.4, 18.5 ounce shaft. Fairly expensive but worth every penny. My control of the cue ball has increased significantly. My previous cues were the McDermot high end cues and they were very good as well, but the new Predator P3 is my go to cue for performance. The feel of the Revo carbon fiber composite shaft just slides through your fingers like it’s not even there. I love the leather wrap feeling in my hand. My hand tends to have moisture and the leather wrap gives me a better grip. I highly recommend this cue if you have the extra money for it.
I bought this cue and a jump /break about 1 year ago. No better break cue made. Expensive yes. Worth every penny. Cue ball runs through rack like never before. The P3 is my opinion best carbon fiber cue on market. Someone unfortunately stole my pool cue case last week and I can't afford to purchase again. Don't even really wanna play anymore. Cues matter! To your game and yourself after playing so many years. Love your cues! God bless
Nothing plays quite like a P3.
Seems as though there has been some p3s made with a weight balancing issue causing them to roll uneven. Or made with a pin that wasn't set right causing the cue butt to roll uneven. Quality control needs to be better

I own the sport 2 volt, sport 2 amp, sp2 and a cuetec.. after getting a P3 I can’t play with any others. This is my 2nd P3 I’m receiving one wood color and this one is the purple one that caught my eye. Amazing stick all around.
You’ve got to try this to believe how well it plays. Plenty of reviews on YouTube. Also looks way better in person as compared to the picture. Worth every penny. Delivery’ was super fast even though I asked for a kamui tip change.

My first predator cue. Got with revo 2.4 predator soft tip shaft. This is a well balanced cue. Feels great in my hands. Making more shots due to the low deflection shaft. Its definitely worth the price.

I bought the Red one while my friend got this one. It took some time for him to adjust to this new cue but once he got comfortable with it, he started to land very good shots with this cue. Would totally recommend this cue!
I received my cue today, I have to be honest, it is not the Red I was expecting, it is more Burgundy looking, it looks more of a brighter Red on the website photos and being called Red I expected brighter.
I don't hate it, maybe it's a good thing, my first reaction was, oh no I got sent the wrong cue, but the packaging did have it as the Red one.
I own this cue - in fact I own two of them along with an original P3. One of the greys will go into my poolroom locker, the second grey is my travel cue and the original P3 has been paired with a 12.9 Revo to serve as both a breaker and backup player.
A few thoughts on the grey. First, note that the butt diameter is narrower than the original P3. Some may like it and some may not. I like the feeling of my hand "controlling" the cue more, so it works well for me.
Also worth noting - perhaps due to differences in the joint material, the grey hits a bit firmer than the original P3. I like the feedback, though I will avoid med-hard or hard tips.
If you're used to the original P3, the grey may feel balanced a tad more rearward - probably due to the lack of a steel joint collar.
The carbon fiber butt plate and joint collar are very nice touches and are innocent bystanders to the star deduction...
Something which Predator does on all of their cues but should NEVER do on their limited line is over-brand the cue. Sadly, their branding choices reduced what could have been a "gorgeous" cue to a "lovely" cue. Those cool carbon fiber touches are largely obscured in favor of their mostly shiny branding. There are 5 branding instances on the butt. Really?
Suggested changes:
- The cat should have been reduced in size and placed horizontally at the bottom of the butt cap
-The "P3" above the cat is unnecessary and tacky. Besides, it's repeated again at the joint collar and horizontally on the butt cap
As it stands those pretty carbon fiber touches are obscured beneath poor branding choices. This irks me as a pool player and Predator loyalist.
That said, I enjoy this cue immensely and will consider adding other P3 limited editions to my collection, but only if Predator starts being a bit more tasteful and less overdone in splashing their brand on their expensive playing cues.
It would be great if there's a color selection stuff for P3 Racer Cues.
What can I say? It's a Predator! P3 technology and a phenomenal feel with a Revo shaft!
